Homemade Sloppy Joes

2 Tbsp. olive oil 
1 medium onion, chopped 
1 medium green pepper, chopped 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
16 oz. firm tofu, crumbled 
2 Tbsp. soy sauce 
2 cups tomato sauce 
1 Tbsp. chili powder 
1/2 tsp. cumin powder  
 
Saute' onion, green pepper, and garlic in the olive oil 
until tender. Add the tofu and soy sauce, continue cooking 
and stirring until the tofu starts to brown. Stir in the 
tomato sauce, chili powder, and cumin powder. Serve hot 
over toasted hamburger buns.
